Honoring a Sponsor 2015

Sponsorship is a pretty big thing when you think about it. Without support from our communities we would be hard pressed to give back to the communities we live in. East Meets West Productions, LLC has stepped up in a big way donating the companies resources and time to provide the post with this website, banners and even shirt embroidery. Thank you EMW!

Post 411 honors our top corporate sponsor East Meets West Productions, LLC with a Certificate of Appreciation and beautiful desk plaque. Post Historian Douglas Burrell makes the presentation to CEO & EMW President Ms. Darlene Gregory in Corpus Christi. (See Image)

Christmas 2014

Our post, like many posts conducts a 50/50 drawing at every meeting. The 50/50 drawing is a chance to win half of what ever is in the "Pot" each month. This is a great little bonus to the member who wins that month. What most members may not know is what the other half of the money is used for. The 50/50 proceeds are deposited into the post's bank accounts and a record of that deposit is made by the post finance officer. At the end of the year the collected funds are used to buy Christmas dinner and presents for needy veterans in the area.

In 2014 there was enough funds to buy Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and presents for the children for two worthy veteran families in the post's county. Post member Ron Haket and Huey Phelps delivered the Christmas Cheer this year to the two families (pictured above).
